Our Wastewater Automation Team
Our qualified team has successfully designed and executed instrumentation and control solutions that optimize the operation of hundreds of treatment facilities, maximizing efficiency, security, and profitability for the world’s most valuable resource. Xtreme automation’s dedication to the water and wastewater industries gives us remarkable expertise in applying wastewater control technology to solve operating and regulatory challenges. We know how problematic it can be to maintain water and wastewater control systems over their life cycle, primarily ones with proprietary controllers or less-than-adequate integration.
Xtreme automation has been a water and wastewater industry leader in instrumentation, communication, and control systems for general, private, and industrial clients.
Our Wastewater Integrator
Xtreme automation can integrate controls and design proper programmable logic controllers (PLC) to monitor system progress efficiently and minimize operator attention. The integrated systems are fast, small, and reliable, designed specifically for the project’s unique process criteria and budget constraints.
Our members provide a diverse range of product and system solutions for water treatment and distribution, as well as wastewater automation and treatment, such as control system installation, procurement, safety shutdown systems, process scheduling and tracking, sequential control, and a variety of other applications.
How We Treat Wastewater
The process directed as activated sludge treats wastewater collected from the City of Champaign. That is a biological process that represents living organisms treating the waste in the form of wastewater automation. Unrefined sewage contains multiple varying organisms. Some are potentially unhealthy to humans, while others are very beneficial for the treatment method and are not harmful.
When sewage enters a treatment facility, it passes through a screen, eliminating big floating debris like rags and sticks that might block pipes or damage equipment.
After being filtered, sewage enters a grit chamber, where cinders, sand, and tiny stones sink to the bottom.
A grit chamber is especially useful in areas with combined sewage systems, where sand or gravel may wash into the sewers with stormwater.
After screening and grit removal, sewage still includes organic and inorganic materials, as well as various suspended particles. We process different methods to provide you remove wastewater.
Why Do You Need Us ?
It can be shifted into reusable water. Toxins are removed during the treatment method, producing clean and secure water. About 3% of the earth’s water is drinkable. It’s a renewable resource; however, evaporation and rain take a long time to remove poisons. The wastewater automation process is faster and provides crystal clear and safe reusable water.
We improve the efficiency of your industrial manufacturing process with waste-water treatment, particularly by employing liquid-solids separation technology and having a liquid-solids separation system set in place. Such systems remove the minor to the largest things, like inorganic particles and waste, from stormwater runoff.
We protect environment
Sewage includes a lot of waste materials, including chemical components. The water released from the industrial sector consists of harmful chemicals, which can be fatal to leave wide open. Our water treatment plant will remove the water’s harmful ingredients and chemical components in such circumstances.
The containers are then heated above 30 degrees Celsius during the sludge treatment process. A gas containing produces a large amount of methane. This gas is then harvested and used to generate electricity. This extra energy is transported into a country’s national grid, reducing the dependence on fossil fuels. According to several recent officials, 40 percent of the energy used comes from the methane produced in the treatment process.
Keeps Disease Away
Contaminated water can be a primary source of diseases. Assume industries accidentally release wastewater into the environment. In that case, it can be a source of many diseases, significantly affecting all living organisms if water that is not pure is the source of many ailments. Similarly, if used water, wastewater, or blackwater is not properly treated, disease-causing bacteria will be produced, harming trees, plants, and animals.
